How old does an athlete have to be to participate?
We train athletes, both boys, and girls who turn  5-18 by December 31, 2021.
What kind of training do the coaches have?
Many of our coaches are former track stars who have competed at the high school or college level. Additionally, all of our coaches have completed training through USATF.
How long is the season?
Our summer outdoor season generally runs from May to August depending on how athletes progress through the Junior Olympic circuit.
What does my registration fees cover?
Registration fees cover meet fees, track equipment, and a team T-shirt.
What is the time commitment for track?
We teach our athletes to be disciplined and dedicated. Track and Field is a sport in which you will be as successful as the time and effort your put into training. You can expect that your child has practiced at least two days a week and will participate in at least 4 track meets throughout the summer. Track meets are generally held on the weekends.
What kind of training do the coaches have?

Are there opportunities outside of practice for my child to work with a coach to develop their skills?
Our coaches are dedicated to ensuring your child is as successful as possible. If you are looking for additional training opportunities for your child you are encouraged to book a group or private training session with a coach.
